If your child attends Northside Methodist Preschool, he or she may come directly from Lunch Bunch.
Children may not return to Lunch Bunch after an activity.

(We can take 2.5 year olds as long as they will be turning 3 by December 1, 2009).

The class is a structured program designed for the early development of technical ballet and movement. It precisely meets the needs and limitations of pre-schoolers by providing a carefully paced sequence of exercises to develop physical conditioning with poise and grace. Since children naturally respond to music and movement, the activities are presented through music. In the program, children learn self-discipline, listening skills, coordination skills, left and right discrimination, patterns in movement, and pre-ballet.
Dress Code - Girls will need a pink leotard, pink tights and pink ballet slippers. Long hair should be pulled away from the face. Please dress your child at home if they have a morning class. Be sure to label all dance attire.
Monday 1:30-2:15 Tap-Ballet ages 3-4 (Pre-K)
Room 335 or 331B, depending on teacher
A perfect combination class. The class is divided with 20 minutes of tap and 25 minutes of ballet. Since ballet is the basis for all dance technique, the combination of both work hand in hand. The technical training is taught through ballet; which in turn helps teach the proper shifting of weight and patterns in movement for tap.
Dress Code - Girls will need a pink leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, and black tap shoes. Long hair should be pulled away from the face. Be sure to label all dance attire.
Classes are held September-May. A recital is held at the church in May for all students. Costumes are provided.
Check payments are due within 3 days after registration. Please make checks payable to Northside UMC, and mail to 2799 Northside Drive NW, Atlanta, GA 30305. Please write Sports + Rec on the memo line in addition to the reference #. Please be sure that your check is not dated 30 days old. A $25 charge will be applied to all returned checks.
Unpaid registration for all programs will be held up to one week before class/camp begins or one week before assessments/draft, then your name will be dropped and waitlisted kids will be placed.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund less $20 processing fee. No refunds after November 1, for Winter Basketball, March 1, 2011 Spring Outdoor League, May 1, 2011 Summer Camps and 1 week prior to start of all classes. Refunds will be made by check or by credit card.
