Refunds & Cancellations
Check payments are due within 3 days after registration.
Please make checks payable to Northside UMC, and mail to 2799 Northside Drive NW, Atlanta, GA 30305. Please write Sports + Rec on the memo line in addition to the reference #.
Please be sure that your check is not dated 30 days old. A $25 charge will be applied to all returned checks.
Unpaid registration for all programs will be held up to one week before class/camp begins or one week before assessments/draft, then your name will be dropped and waitlisted kids will be placed.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund less $20 processing fee. No refunds after:
- 1 week prior to start of all classes
- November 1, 2011 Winter Basketball
- August 31, 2011 Fall Soccer, T-ball/baseball & Roller Hockey League
- May 1, 2011 Summer Camps
- 2 weeks before Art Camp begin
Refunds will be made by check or by credit card.
